I also like buying shirts that work as dresses or tunics when they're a little big, or dresses that work as shirts once they get too small. As far as toys go, DD *loves* her blocks, which are all recommended for age 3 and up. As she grows, they just become cute tops! I bought an H&amp;M dress when she was a few months old and she can still wear it at one year, because it stretches. It just looks like an empire waist shirt! She has been wearing them since 4 months. They're huge on her but she will get so much more use out of them this way!</p> <p>I also bought her a jean jumper that is a 12 month. I plan on putting her into that as soon as she opens it (Christmas gift). :) She's 6 months now. I think buying bigger is better because then they get more use out of the item. I have them up to just below her knee, and not just for extra warmth, but they stay on, and are more fun to have her wear with outfits!</p> <p>Beyond wearing different sizes because LO grows faster/bigger than their age are there baby items or clothes you use at a totally different age that work more practically for you? Meant for this post not only for sharing, but to maybe help others with tips/ideas :) </p>
