<description>&#60;p&#62;We've been struggling with it this week. I do lots of saline spray, suck out his nose a few times a day with a NoseFrieda, steam up his bathroom at bath time and elevate the mattress. Basically, I treat it like a cold and my pediatrician is big on that if you keep the mucus/snot moving it hopefully won't get infected. It's working so far!

<description>&#60;p&#62;DD woke this morning with a stuffy nose and is coughing a little. I'm pretty sure she caught a cold from my sister this weekend.  I'd love to prevent this from turning into a full blown cold (especially since I have a 6 month old too). I've been giving her some probiotics, but have you found any other ways to keep a cold at bay???
