Even if you change the needle isn't there the risk of bodily fluids being aspirated back into the pen? I believe I used one dose and the rest of it is left. Do I just throw it away? Donate it? I did use some, but the way the pen works you change the needle every time so I believe it's not contaminated or anything. </p>
