@matador84: @MsLipGloss: I am going to try this one! It seems the easiest! I'm scared to brush it out even with oil bc I dont want her hair to fall out! She only has like 5 strands, we must conserve:)

@matador84: That's exactly what we did to get rid of LO's cradle cap (she had a few patches as a newborn).

Ds has super flaky scalp...just dry skin. We just use a pea size drop of dandruff shampoo in the bath and it clears it right up.

It's hard to tell - E's was whitish but I used baby oil on her scalp and brushed for awhile before baths and it seemed to help.

My LO had some dry skin patches a shade or two darker than her scalp that looked like freckles...I also assumed it was cradle cap. I gently scraped it off with a comb in the bath because it wasn't falling off on its own. It looked pretty similar to this picture, and after I removed it, it didn't come back. HTH!

I can't really see it in your pictures but it's definitely possible to get a little patch of cradle cap. LO gets just a tiny bit on her hairline. I rubbed coconut oil on it, let it sit for a few minutes then kind of massage it with a soft bristle brush then shampoo and it goes away.

It's hard to tell from the picture but it might be! Owen had cradle cap and it manifested in thick little scales of dry skin on his head. The scales were just a shade or 2 darker than his scalp. We used Mustela cream with some success but I think it just eventually cleared up on it's own.

H has had this small patch of what looks like dry skin (it's a light brown color) and her hair is kind of matted into it. I tried messing with it a long time ago and some of the hair came out so I've left it alone. It's never really been noticeable. But lately her hair has gotten a LOT lighter and it's more visible since she's such a little blondie... Is this a touch of cradle cap? The images on google were totally horrendous so I dont know if that's what she has or not...
