@matador84: ive been having to hold her arms down and hold her really close to me and rock in the glider forever!

My LO has been going crazy on the physical milestones lately and that gets her amped up, but shes never been able to just go to sleep on her own anyway. Its exhausting! I told my dh we're going to have to start taking turns at bedtime.

@yellowbird: Maybe it is? I have no idea. I don't think he's teething again, he has 6 teeth and usually I can spot the signs. Even when I get up with him at night it is kind of a wrestling match!

I think our LOs are the same age and ive been going through yhis exact same thing. I dont really think my LO is weaning, I feel like its more of a sleep regression.

Up until about the past week or so, I would nurse DS to sleep (I know I should have probably been doing drowsy, but awake--I just didn't) and he would be out cold. I'd put him in his crib and he would sleep about 5-6 hours before waking to nurse. I'd nurse for about 15 or so, he'd go back to sleep until I woke him up to get ready in the morning.

The last week his bedtime feeding has been me wrestling him from side to side. He's super happy, just not all that interested in nursing. When I do put him in his crib, he cries almost immediately. I'll let him cry about 15-20 minutes before going back in and nursing him--usually then he falls asleep.

I don't want to have to do this every night! Maybe it's just a phase? Or is this a sign he's self-weaning off the boob since he's eating pretty much all solids?
