Ped said was acne &amp; to use aveeno lotion or aquaphor..I bought aveeno body wash (was using J&amp;J) and Aveeno lotion for eczema, and also used aquaphor. It would literally clear up over night when we did this. Ped said its from kisses:) and from sleeping on his face and/or fuzzy blankets.
