@Mrs. Sunshine: I'm sorry :crying: I went back and read a post you posted about it. I'd probably be worried about that particular symptom, although there really isn't much that can be done for that type of pressure at this stage. Good luck

@tofuwad: actually it got really intense after getting up to but my toddler back to bed like 3 times in 10 minutes after being exhausted from my day. So maybe kind of similar?

@QBbride: yes. Her exact words were "I definitely should be seeing a baby in a sac this large." Then our further conversation implied that she doubted we would see anything next week either. I'm sure part of it was just her not wanting to give me any false hope.

I would call, but that's because I err on the side of caution during pregnancy, not because I have any particular experience with that symptom.

Were they concerned about not seeing the baby at your 8 week scan?

I would bring it up with your doctor if you're worried. I had a similar pain in the first trimester and drinking a ton of water and staying off my feet for too long helped. But for me I noticed that the pain was worse when I was working retail and I was on my feet for several hours, which sounds a little different than your feeling? I also found I had to drink double the amount of water I had been drinking before I got pregnant, or else I had a lot of weird pain/pressure around my bladder (but never got a UTI). I hope you feel better.

@PinkElephant: it was Monday. It's definitely become more noticeable and persistent since then. Maybe that's it.

How many days ago was your appointment? Could any of it be residual irritation from the last ultrasound you had? I feel like for me, the effects of a transvaginal ultrasound/cervical check can last a good few days in the form of cramping/pressure/general discomfort.

Pressure seems pretty normal to me...hopefully some others will weigh in too.

*I didn't know where to put this so I decided to err on the side of positivity. Fake it till you make it, right?*

So far this pregnancy has seemed pretty average to me (except for not seeing a baby at my 8 week scan); mild cramping, exhaustion, nausea, a little extra discharge (always clear). But I've been feeling a lot of cervical pressure. Like transvaginal ultrasound, cervical check type pressure for no obvious reason. It will just happen randomly, mostly at night, with increasing frequency, length and intensity. Nothing else seems to be happen as the cause or the result. But since I have no idea what's going on in there for if someone is growing or not it kind of worries me. Anyone have a similar experience or advice?
