To balance out the sappy letter, I thought it’d be funny if I ended by saying I’d like to quote this love song that we have sung together for years. (I’d leave out the part about a separate life, btw—it would mostly be about the idea of soul mates and the bell curve, etc.)</p> <p>But now I’m second guessing myself. Maybe instead of funny, it would be weird. Maybe people would think it diminished all the great things I said about him just before. Maybe it’s too...I don’t know, cavalier? What do you think? </p>
