For instance, it looks like the back has a center piece that is protruding? Ours is one solid big piece in the back? Either way, I'd probably just bring it into the store and have them figure it out and/or give you a new cover. We have a fur cover and it looks great even after multiple washings and adults who always end up sitting in it when they come over. An inch above is the curve of the seat where it should be. It's been 3 years and the chair is still good as new with no sagging/deformed foam or fabric deterioration. And it's only around $50! I'm super happy with it and recommend it to my friends. So they shipped and it was supposed to be here yesterday (the 10th)...except they only shipped the slipcover. No insert. So when I called they basically said they would send a new one but it wouldn't get to us until the 16th - they refused to overnight. I told them to forget it and I picked up an insert at the store instead.
