I ended up having a kidney stone at 20 weeks pregnant. I had to stay in the hospital for 3 days until i passed it everything was fine in the end and despite the pain med drip they had me on Baby was healthy and happy. As long as they are brief and seem related to movement I haven't worried about them. I get sharp pains (especially when I sneeze) from those. </p> <p>I also have stomach issues in general and get left pain when my gallbladder is acting up. It's usually related to me eating something greasy (as opposed to pregnancy). If you step away from the situation (i.e. pretend you aren't pregnant), have you had this pain before?</p> <p>ETA: Call your doctor if you are concerned!
