I wasn't formally diagnosed with LO1, but it was constant pain in my pelvis (kind of like it was going to fall out from under me). It went away as soon as I delivered and the doc said a chiropractor could help. She told me there's nothing to be done but it subsided after a few weeks. I can't remember how many weeks you are, but you could call for peace of mind.
