<description>&#60;p&#62;Probably not safe. Rule of thumb: buckle LO as normal, tighten straps, remove LO, put coat on, attempt to buckle. If you have to loosen the straps the coat is too bulky.

<description>&#60;p&#62;DS is 2 and I keep seeing this coat at Target. It doesn't feel super bulky and it's not a puffy coat but I'm still very unsure. Last year he wore a fleece and I carried him under a blanket. Now he wants to walk everywhere. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Thoughts? Would this be safe?&#60;/p&#62;
