I'm too sleep deprived, otherwise I would have searched the archives on here first. I've heard of growth spurts occurring around 3 weeks. Anything specific that would signal a growth spurt? The few things I've noticed about the boys are that they were feeding pretty regularly between 2-3 hours, but today, it's more like every 1.5 hours. They also seem a little fussier and aren't napping as well. They aren't quite 3 weeks yet.. And would my boys be in the middle of the 3 week growth spurt if they were born before 40 weeks?</p> <p>TIA! </p>
