I love the aqua for a boy or girl!

I can't talk though, I'm going to reuse DS's baby blue/gray carseat regardless or the gender of the next one!

Love it! My baby girl's stroller and car seat are black and lighter shade of aqua. I actually asked the same question about whether it was too boyish a few months ago! I'm so glad I got it. It suits her perfectly and I am so glad I went with it. I've gotten tons of compliments. :)

No way, go for it. I'm using ds's stroller for this girl that's coming soon. It's totally masculine. Most of her clothes are all pink, anyways, so I doubt anyone will mistake her for a boy.

Nah, perfect for a girl. Our girls have brown carseats... That was never a factor in whether people thought they were boys or girls.

Not at all. Our set is grey and black and we would use it for a girl. You'll have baby blankets and everything to make it feel more girly if you want.

Thank you again to everyone who posted and voted!

an update: so DH and I go to see it today at BRU, and we hit a bit of a snag, because DH prefers the jogger stroller to the sport stroller. Blast him for having an opinion! ;) I should mention that he'll be a SAHD and will be the one using it most of the time.

I wouldn't mind the changeup except that the jogger stroller (we're not joggers, FYI, I think he just liked the suspension system on it, being a car guy) feels significantly heavier and taller to me (I'm only 5'2"). As in, I don't think I could lift it into the car. So...hrrm! conundrum! We may end up with the jogger plus a frame stroller so I don't kill myself hauling it into a car.

I think it's beautiful and will be lovely for a little girl! But then I am the peson who is considering painting the nursery a silvery lilac whether ours is a boy or a girl so maybe I'm not the right person to ask!! :-)

I have this same colored stroller for my little girl, and no one has assumed she's a boy. I have a pink patterened cover on it for winter, but I think it's totally gender neutral!

@mrsjyw: I think the same way.

I think it's adorable! I say go for it if you love it! We considered a green for our carseat and stroller and we've even bought boy clothes for our little girl because it's what we like.

No, its gender neutral and matches your bag! Is it me or is there a leaf/floral pattern under the umbrella cover?

I think girls can go a bit more masculine in gender neutral gear.

no. and we got a gray and greenish color for our carseat because we thought it would say 'hey, i'm a boy' and people would still comment on what a cute daughter i have(even if he's dressed in all boy clothes!). so honestly, people are going to think of you're baby as a certain gender regardless of stroller/carseat :o)

No, but then ours is gray and blue as well. I think people refer to her as he because of her baldish head, not the stroller/car seat. :-)

So, unless our anatomy scan shows something different on Friday, we're having a girl :). I've been obsessing over gear, particularly the new Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35 car seat. I adore the color aqua...baby's room was painted that before we knew gender, and I plan to girl it up with touches of peach and pink. Also got a baby bag in this fabric:

[attach=2320/13/mis3ux.220x220.full_120.jpg]

So the question is, does this travel system fabric scream 'boy'? Will I constantly be fielding comments from people about what a cute boy I have? I like this set because it's a three wheel (seems to me it would be easier to navigate?) and the base fabric isn't black, so it won't soak up the heat in the summer.

Maybe I should just make a bunch of cute fabric flowers to attach to it? ;D
