They have the same coloring but that's about it. Maybe he's just a good mix? :) One time DH's brother pulled out a baby picture of himself (so a baby picture of him and not DH) and LO did look a lot like him. As she gets older I think she is starting to look like she came out of me at least but it's hard to get past her coloring and big forehead, just like Dh. The resemblance is even stronger when you look at pics of Dh as a baby. It's ok. He's pretty good looking. But no, no one gets pissy about it at all. At birth my son did look A LOT like DH. Both of them certainly have a lot of features of DH's family, but it's just annoying how they talk about it all the time. Once my ILs were trying to figure whether Alice's dimple "came from someone" in their family. MIL suggested they look through photo albums to see who in their family has dimples that she could have gotten it from. IT'S ME! The effing dimple is from me! My DH insists babies look like whomever you want them to look like and they are their own little people. Bless his heart. She's fair skinned, light hair, and just his twin. She does have my big eyes, DH has more of a squinty eye. Big, round blue eyes and curly hair with blond streaks. He's tall and thin. He has my features and mannerisms. He ever laughs like me. DH is italian and very dark - dark brown hair, dark brown eyes. So that annoys me. But that might just be because it's her. Most people either say they can't tell or he's a perfect mix.
