We do the black out blinds and white noise, but for the most part I'm lucky in the fact that I'm a SAHM so I can keep the house quiet (for the most part) to try for long naps. But we do have those days where someone will come to the door and the dog will bark, or we'll be traveling and things just aren't like they are at home, and she doesn't get her long naps in.</p> <p>Ps.
