My current one is super loud and it is ANNOYING :silly: Seriously.
He’s 11 months and over the last 2 weeks or so he SHRIEKS when he wants something (usually more food but it can be anything) and it scrambles my brain. It’s so loud and shrill and persistent. I try not to run over and give him the food right away because I don’t want him to start thinking it’s a good way to communicate. I’m trying signs which we never did with my first but I am willing if he will stop the damn shrieking.

@Kaohinani: hahaha that makes me feel better! I thought my 6 year old and 2 year old were loud but this baby is definitely already outdoing them! I guess he will fit right in and I just may go deaf at this rate

BOTH of my children are super loud and have been since day one. DD was a loud shrieky crier, a robust belly laugher, and a constant "babbler." I forgot to install her OFF button, as well as, a volume knob! 😂 Now 10-1/2, we still give friendly reminders that her volume is too loud and she needs to stop chattering (to herself, me, anyone who MAY listen! 😉). DS (Now 4) has also always been a chipper-chatty fellow with a lack of volume control. He speaks loudly, plays loudly, sings SUPER LOUD, shrieks with pleasure, and fusses with the best of them. Just plain old "LOUD." I do blame both children's volume "issues" on DH as he is also an all-around happy but really loud guy. 😊 In summation- 3 loud people in this house and I swear I am going deaf at 38. 😱🤣

DS2 is our 3rd baby. He is nearly 4 months old and loves shrieking at the top of his lungs. He usually does this when he is happy. He "talks" a lot usually in a normal level babble but can randomly then get very loud with the squeals and shrieks! I'm hoping this is just a phase because my previous 2 were never this loud. Anyone else have a really loud baby
