They just say "come see me", even if the question would require a one sentence answer. It's a "thing" in education not to put anything in writing....even seemingly harmless stuff, lest someone accuse you of not having done something correctly. Without emails, the school district doesn't have a paper trail of anything.</p> <p>It's annoying. My boss is HORRIBLE at answering emails. I've emailed him three times this week and he hasn't answered one. Two of them all he had to say was "yes" or "no" and the third I just needed a contacts name.One of the "yes" "no" responses I needed is for my biggest client .. I'm pretty surprised he didn't answer!</p> <p>He always has his BB on him, and whenever I'm with him and it goes off, he looks at it right away. </p> <p>I am thinking tomorrow when I'm in the office I'm going to say something like "I've sent you a few emails lately that you haven't answered.. is it best if I call you.. orr....???". And then ask him everything I've emailed him over the past few days. I don't like calling him for such quick answers because he always talks FOREVER, but maybe that's what I'll have to do? Another co-worker text him, called him, emailed him last week and he took over a day to answer. It was a simple question as well that he just needed a date on something.</p> <p>Anyone else have a boss like this?? Any suggestions? </p>
