@maddyz: do you have spotting after sex?

I hear you on the pelvic floor stuff. I found some pelvic therapy exercises that are helpful

Everything is different down there... I am 16 months PP with my second and still can't wear a tampon because I feel like I am going to puke every time I try. I think that working on pelvic floor tone will help a lot, but I have been slow to start really working on this.

@bhbee: haha harsh ob. My cervix is actually still pretty unreachable when not on my cycle so hopefully if I've got any prolapse it's not too bad 😂.

And here is my tmi answer

I don’t know if it actually increases sensitivity but post my second i have some uterine prolapse ... my ob said basically all women from pregnancy and birth get some level of it? So your cervix may not be exactly where it used to be ... but further down ... which could cause increased irritation. But might not be something you notice otherwise, i never noticed it after my first. Of course that may not be it just a thought!

Since this is my place to ask tmi questions 😂😂

Before having my little I never remember having random spotting after bd and now it seems to happen all the time. I notice way more now that we are ttc.

I'm 2 plus years pp so I'm pretty sure everything is super healed at this point.

Anyone else have this experience?
