She goes to one of the "Pre-K" classes, which is not at full capacity. They do have a number of "floaters or support staff" on duty to cover the greater capacity. And as luck would have it there are a number of teacher kids at our daycare that don't come on days like today, it seems to all balance out somehow.</p> <p>They school aged program is called "Explorers" and they use the same room as the Private Kindergarten. The pre-K, private K and explorers take up three rooms. They have an afterschool program (we don't use, using the public school is significantly cheaper for us), they have drop in for days like today, and they have summer camp for the summer school break. They just require that we let them know in advance that we will be bringing our extra kiddo so they can plan for staffing. I think we pay the same rate as if we were there full time, in our case that's $50/day.
