Our town's fireworks are about 0.5 miles from our house and I couldn't *believe* the baby didn't wake up! DH and I watched from the front yard with a glass of wine and a baby monitor. Last year we were in the crowd with M in my belly (and obviously no wine). She was under the bed for most of the night last night. Earlier in the day, fireworks were going off and she kept trying to get between my legs while I was in the kitchen.
