We do have the occasional "oh my god that's a LOT OF POOP" or "eww IT STINKS" but that doesn't stop us from cleaning it up and moving on. It's just like dog slobber. If it's your own dog it's ok but other people's dogs slobbering on you is gross. I think the worst part which you may or may think of is that as your kid gets older and older they will hate getting their diaper changed more and more and it can be a real struggle to do a diaper change. Poop from BF babies smells nothing like real poop, I never minded changing those ones.
