We were going to use the soothies too, and brought one with us to the hospital, but she actually preferred the one from the hospital (that they use in the NICU). It's the same shape, but it's darker green and it's a little softer than the Advent one. I think they're only sold in hospitals though. </p> <p>We never had problem with nipple confusion - she goes between breast, bottle and paci with no problems.
