<description>&#60;p&#62;My 3.5 year old is SO competitive, both with others and with himself. It is a helpful trait with sports, but I want to foster cooperative work as well and it is hard to get him to channel his competitiveness appropriately at times. He definitely gets it from me and I would say it has been a trait that has served me well at times but also been a drawback as I learn to tone it down myself. Is your LO naturally competitive?
