My youngest is. From birth, really. He'll be 3 in a few weeks and I thought it was getting better but he's started back up with wild screaming cries again. Whenever he cries he asks for a tissue. You give him one and he'll wipe his eye and give it back to you to throw out. Then he'll continue crying and ask for another tissue... This goes on until he stops crying. Sometimes for 15 minutes. And he also wants tissue to wipe his eyes while in the shower. You don't give it to him and it's ANOTHER struggle... When he wants something he wants exactly what he's asking for. Then when you finally give it to him he throws it back at you and doesn't want it. I want to pull my hair out at that point. So when he does things like this I just let him do his thing and he'll be over it sooner than later if I tried to comfort him. Sometimes I forget and we have a show down between the two of us. Haha! Hang in there... It will get better with age. But then other things come up. :P We just have to breathe through it all...until they are out of the house. ;)

Oh yeah!!!

Sunday night DD hit DH and wouldn't say sorry - I sent her to her room until she was ready. We went up every 15 minutes to ask if she was ready to apologize and she kept saying no. 90 mins later it was bedtime and she went to bed - I asked her one last time and nope, she wasn't gonna do it!

Talk about stubborn!!

YEP!! It's getting a more and more frustrating as I get more and more pregnant! This morning she through the BIGGEST meltdown because I said her shirt was orange not pink....I was wrong in her mind. She also is wearing her Easter shoes to daycare....which were not supposed to be taken out of box until the holiday. I told her daycare lady to make sure when they go outside that she wears her tennis shoes...I'm sure she will meltdown again.

I hear ya... going to the shops to run errands has become "I want it", "Its my birthday" "LISTEN to me". tantrums over wanting to go on little kid rides, wanting chips, wanting EVERYTHING. pulling me in different directions, not cooperating getting in/out of the car. Just general testing boundaries, in an incredibly whiney high pitched voice. gotta love it!

Man oh man my toddler is one strong willed little girl. she makes me want to pull my hair out and scream sometimes. She was particularly difficult today while we were out running errands, everything has to be her way, in her order or else the world will end. I know it's normal for her age to act this way but she has been strong willed since she was very young, I hope it calms down a bit as she gets older. My youngest LO is pretty chill and goes with the flow, I hope it stays that way.

Can anyone else relate? Is your LO strong willed?
