i just had a conference with her preschool teacher and everything she told me was how she is at home... except she didn't mention yelling and freak outs, so i guess she's more even tempered at school. :P

From what I know, he's the same. Talkative, silly, and inquisitive.

DS just behaves better in school, which I think is pretty common.

DD now... I can't even make sense of the things I hear from day care. Like how she's always serious, and that she's not very active and needs to work on her muscle strength (this is coming from a PT who sees her in day care). I know she's happy there, but none of this sounds even close to how she is at home. I'm itching to take some time off work to drop in unannounced and see what is going on!

She's quieter at school for sure. Up until recently she was listening better at school than at home... unfortunately now we have listening problems both places.

I think LO 1 is the same at home and school. She is talkative, helpful and usually even tempered.

LO 2 is a nonstop talker at home but her preschool teachers say she is slow to warm up at school. It takes her 15-20 minutes before she starts talking to her friends and teachers. Her teachers always tell me how great her listening skills are and how she eats so well...HA, HA, HA!
