I was kinda surprised - I totally thought anyone who was watching children would be subject to oversight. </p> <p>Just curious if your preschool is licensed or not? </p> <p>(PS - they do have to file a curriculum report w/the state, but they are exempt from any mandatory inspections or oversight) </p>
