He can do pretty much anything and it's been great since we bought our house 2 years ago. While he was nailing them back on, the new paint (he spent hours doing) started to chip. If something needs fixing around the house we almost always fix it ourselves. If we don't have the necessary tools we'd rather invest in buying them than paying someone else to come. We are lucky that one of our best friends is a carpenter and general handy man so he comes and helps out when we need it. But just today hubs was replacing some quarter round in the kitchen.
