DH has always been obsessed with fitness, he's done bodybuilding and was a personal trainer, also a wrestling coach and next weekend he has his first powerlifting competition (it's a drug free one). He's worried about his bench press, it's his weakest lift, at three hundred sixty something pounds.... Umm, dude, chillax, when would you be in a situation where you'd need to lift more than that in that position?!?! Although I'm more excited about this than bodybuilding, he turns into a monster when it's time to cut weight &amp; get rid of all his water.
