When people ask if twins run in my family I tell them this. The reality is the first set are IVF babies, the 2nd set are Serrogate babies and mine are IUI babies (we have the "full spectrum" of infertility treatments covered).<br /> @MsLipGloss: its funny you say that because I have to keep telling myself that at 7.5 months I can't use the excuse of having twins to stop me from getting out of the house. The thing is, my aunt and uncle had twins, but also because of IVF, so I used that at first when I was still uncomfortable with the question. I've taken to either saying, "Nope! IVF babies." as it answers the question that they are really asking. Each parent had a baby and their male friend was also with tending to one of the girls (which I thought was amazing). I know people just want to be nice but sometimes it gets to be too much. My son loves all the attention so he always smiles when people approach him. Have you noticed this or is it just the area of the country that I live in? </p>
