Don't people know that there are more germs IN your house than there are OUTSIDE?!

Good lord, what did people do before central heat and insulation? Wear jackets and blankets?! Oh the horror.

@Reese: @katiew92081: I was thinking *welp, we usually just leave her in the swing . . . * Seriously? I think sometimes we live amongst those who have been unknowingly labotomized!

Haha, you should have said, "oh, you're right! Next time I'll leave her home by herself while I go pick up dinner!"

I only got this comment once; when LO and I were heading into a craft fair; it was about her age (6 months) and winter weather. We only walked outside from the parking lot into the heated building, and LO was wearing long pants, sweater, a hat and was in a sling so hello…she was mooching my body heat big time. She was not cold, that’s for sure! I just laughed and said “well, we live in New England, she better get used to the cold!!” and kept walking. Then I added “you nosy biaaaaach!!!” under my breath!!!

Old people tend to be judgy about babies being out and about. They need to MTOB!!!

2mths isn't young. I love seeing babies who are clearly only a couple of weeks old out and about. I hope I am that confident when LO arrives!

Whatever, I had the baby outside at 5 days old (when we got home from the hospital).
People will judge. It's how people are. People are also dumb, as it turns out.

People are so weird. I mean, what do people expect you to do when you have a baby? Lock yourself and your baby in a house and never leave for 6 months?

A woman said this to me when baby was 2 months old and was totally judgy about it. She was determining our baby's age by the sound of her cry and basically gave me an unfit mother look. I didn't have the baby on a roller coaster. We just went to a local restaurant to pick up some food. It really bothered me that she was trying to tell me about my baby that she couldn't even see!
