And by sleeping through the night i mean 10-11 hours straight without a feed. (previously she woke up 1-2 times) It took 3.5 months but hallelujah it finally happened!!</p> <p>I woke up with rock hard boobs and checked the monitor a million times to make sure she was alive. I think it was because she got one extra feed than usual (she was not napping well because we tried leaving her unswaddled so i ended up nursing more frequently).</p> <p>I really hope this continues so i dont have to resort to CIO...at least until her next growth spurt or developmental milestone. To those mommies who are still struggling with sleep...it will happen, just keep at the training (even if you feel like you are going backwards) and try sticking to the schedule. :) </p>
