I feel like I'm in a similar situation. Somehow our escrow was short at the end of last year, so our mortgage payments went up every month this year. We also have to re-tar our roof or get a new one and I have some dental procedures on the horizon. If we can't get ahead, hopefully we at least won't fall behind! :happy: </p>
