I got into some poison ivy that was terrible. Usually I'm fine with it but my reaction was way different being pregnant. I wasn't comfortable getting a steroid injection but I did get topical cream.

Anyone have an itchy rash on your face while pregnant?

It started on Tuesday night. DH and I took the dogs to the dog park and I got some mosquito bites. I got bit up on my arms but nothing on the face. Later that evening my face started itching in the temple area. Yesterday, it spread to my left cheek and up around my eyebrow area. I forgot to grab some benedryl from home so I was scratching it pretty much all day yesterday. Last night it spread to the right cheek and eyebrow area. I did apply some cortisone cream and it is helping with the itching but not with the redness.

I actually saw the OB yesterday because I was spotting but the red rash on my face wasn't that important so I didn't bring it up. I'll call my OB today. Google says it's normal.

Did you develop a itchy rash on your face during pregnancy?
