I was awake from 4-5 trying to put DD back to sleep. I actually shouldn't have gotten up since she wasn't crying/fussing, just standing there but DH said she had been standing and chatting for a while so I went in (plus I went out to dinner with the girls so I hadn't seen her all day). She kept waving at me and talking when I tried to put her down - it's hard to leave that! Some days it's a tough call between sleep and staying up to spend some quiet QT with the little ones. Sigh.

Awww I miss those sweet moments :-) It's a toss up between needed sleep and trying to capture each sweet thing they do. Lol DD is 14 months and has another cold, so I was woken at 1, 3 and 5 again this morning. So tired.

I was up at 4 as well, and 5 and 6 and now 7. She keeps waking up every time I put her down even though she is sound asleep.

It's 3 a.m. here and I am up pumping. LO and DH are fast asleep. Sweet dreams to you when you get a chance to go back to bed.

I totally just left C in the crib when she did that. If she wasn't crying or upset, I didn't go get her.

I'm sorry you're up, mama. :( Hopefully she lets you get back to sleep soon.

And little Miss Em and I are awake and sitting in the living room. I had temporarily forgotten how I had to do this with Henry at this age. She's not fussing, she's just wighling and cooing cutely every once in a while. I'm glad she's happy but I dread dealing with active DS tomorrow because of this who-knows-how-long interruption to my already little sleep... Sigh...
