She is always giving us tips on what is good to eat to keep the mommy and baby healthy and her and my FIL always want to know what I'm craving, so they can make or buy it for me--we've made Kim bop together, she taught my husband how to make Korean pumpkin "pancakes," and many other healthy yummy things. And I need to adjust her because she had been slumping, so I stopped, put down my coffee and I was moving her around. A friend of mine worked with our same contractor but she just added a roof and screens over an existing deck and her project was done in under 2 weeks. When I left this morning they were starting the roofing structure and laying the Trex on the uncovered deck portion so I'm hoping for a big change from what it looked like this morning. </p> <p>@MamaG: I am a bug magnet, I swear I step outside for ten minutes and I have 42 bug bites. So I was really adamant about a screened part so I can enjoy being outside a bit more. We are also adding a wood burning fireplace with a mounted TV so I'm looking forward to many fall evenings watching football out there! </p> <p>Will post pics tonight of the progress! The project came in about $15K higher than we were initially anticipating but we decided if we're going to do it we might as well get everything we want on the front end so we really enjoy it long term. The first quote we got was much higher than we thought, but I think it was the most expensive of them all. Whooo. Just 9 more until I'm no longer in an obese BMI! </p> <p>Also, my newborn had her meds adjusted and now only needs them every 8 hours (and she seems to be tolderating the change well). That means no more waking up at 4am to give meds! I actually got five hours of sleep last night. </p> <p>Plus we're moving to an amazing house tomorrow. We're subletting from a colleague of my husband's while she goes on sabbatical and travels around Europe.
