I'm making my meal plan for the week & wondering what are some of the winter favorites from you ladies? So far I have: Roast w/ potatoes & carrots Tortilla soup Vegan & GF Potato soup Shepherd's pie Homemade Chili And I need a couple more! We don't get cool/cold weather here very often so you better believe I'm taking advantage of it. What would you add to my list for the week? ETA: Whatever I make still has to be GF & mspi friendly. (limits my options.. boo)
