Why would that even cross anyone's mind?</p> <p>As someone who is COVERED in freckles, moles, and birthmarks, its something I've never seen as a bad thing. It makes me unique, and unlike anyone else- I'm super proud of my freckles. I bet there's even a book about zebra stripes being unique if she becomes self conscious about it- hopefully your MIL never makes her think that... My little sister was born with this little extra piece of skin on her nose. I always hated when people would point it out. Like seriously? Like you need to give little girls more reasons to be insecure about their bodies. She got the skin removed when she was 14. </p>
