I couldn't lose it - I watched my diet and worked out daily for a couple months straight and didn't lose any weight. I had it taken out in September of last year and have still stayed at the same weight. I also still haven't gotten my period so I feel like the IUD has messed me up. The only thing I don't love is that I am steadily gaining weight. I have gained almost 20 lbs since the placement. I have not changed my diet, my level of exercise, or anything else that would contribute to this. I wanted to see if any of you had experienced a similar phenomenon after getting an IUD. </p>
