There are different doses of it based on the brand or type and there is the copper which is without hormones but cause heavier period. I've read that estrogen birth control pills can help with pcos symptoms, but i don't think IUDs have estrogen. I keep googling and I'm not finding good answers. Does anyone with pcos use IUDs? </p>
