For instance, we only ever want one - ever, so twins are not an option. But I'm similar to you in that I've been through all of the testing, I'm close to my mid 30s and we've been trying for 16 months too. I think @spaniellove provided a good list. I would also add that you should ask yourself a few questions:</p> <p>- How aggressive with treatments do you want to be given your age?<br /> - Do you hope to have more than 1? (I don't know your story - so forgive me if you already have kids)</p> <p>I only share these questions because they are what I asked myself last week before I went in for my follow-up with my RE. Have you been doing your testing with an RE so you're definitely done with the testing? And the result is unexplained infertility?
