(We find out in January and have sperm banked at Mount Sinai in Toronto right now).<br /> If his sperm isn’t viable we’ll be going the IVF route, we have our first appointment in February. It just occurred to me last night that my BMI might be a factor that I hadn’t considered. (It’s currently 41).<br /> While I am in the process of getting healthy and losing weight, I highly doubt it’ll be in the ‘normal’ range by February!</p> <p>I’m hoping to hear some experiences of high BMI and IVF, and what clinics you may recommend in the GTA. Currently we’re checking out Newmarket, Oshawa, and Orillia. </p> <p>Just to be clear I’m not concerned about being able to get pregnant, I’m more so concerned that they won’t even take me as a patient!<br /> Thank you! </p>
