Fair is not everyone getting the same thing. Fair is everyone getting what they need. Definitely a challenging situation but the quicker you nip the jealousy in the bud the better. My husband's 40 year old brother still throws hissy fits when he doesn't get the same thing as his siblings. If my youngest is getting rewarded for example (potty training) or we are talking about what she wants for her birthday LO gets upset. She says it isn't fair her sister gets gifts and she doesn't. Any tips on dealing with this? </p>
