Gap and ON have elastic skinny jeans that E can easily pull up and down by herself! They're still cute. B didn't have many elastic waist pants but he just pulled them up and down without unbuttoning.

I always kept DD in leggings. I wouldn't do jeans, or rompers while potty training. With DS, we're only doing bottoms with an elastic waist. Nothing with buttons.

We bought all pants that can be easily pulled down. So elastic waistband pants is what we went with.

We only did jeggings style with elastic waistband for my DD and elastic waist jeans for my DS. Even to this day, my DD who is almost 7 has trouble can have trouble with button fly even if it's a snap style.

My son mostly wears pants with a elastic waistband, but in the cases where he wears pants with a button, he can usually get them up and down without messing with the button. My son doesn't wear jeans at all though, weirdo.

I don't keep them tight enough that they can't be pulled down. And teachers still provide some assistance at daycare!

LO has no problem undoing the button and pulling her pants down and back up. She just needs someone to snap the button back together for her after she goes.

We mostly avoided but DD did wear some corduroys but they were just big enough where she could pull them down w/o unbuttoning

I put LO in the elastic waist skinny toddler girl jeans from baby Gap and they are more like thick leggings, so they are easy to pull up and down--he does still need help pulling them up but can get them down by himself (although notalways all the way down).

We are semi-potty training. But going to ramp it up in a month or two. I was thinking about fall/winter stuff. Will she be able to wear jeans? I just don't see her being able to unbutton them on her own.

Could your LO get jeans up and down after first being potty trained?
