&#60;p&#62;the reason I ask is because we live in a suburban area, so I don't use the stroller as a way of getting around like those in cities - so if it's raining out, we obviously won't be heading out. I was just thinking it might come in handy if it ever started to rain or snow *while* we were walking..but probably not 100% necessary.
