For instance, for FMLA you have to be at a job one year before giving birth to have your job protected while you are on leave. So you could potentially negotiate and put in writing what leave you would get. Now I've found a position that is suited for my upcoming expanding family. I'm now 12 w and 5d and haven't disclosed it yet to my current employer, but will soon have (bump is starting to appear). I have a written offer, but think it best to disclose the pregnancy when I accept. How best would you think I should approach the subject? Or should I wait to disclose after training? </p>
