When I was 4, my parents left me and my cousins with two babysitters who forced us to stay in the living room and play while they did their own thing in another part of the house. I fell out of a two story window and landed head-first on a brick patio and barely survived after emergency surgery and a week in the ICU. I dont know how the parents on the board got the info but they're saying that the parents were asleep and there were no beds or food in the apt. </p> <p>when I sent the article to DH yesterday I asked him if he though the parents should have been arrested and he said no. Babies are too nosy and adventurous.
