I actually would put the infant tub next to the big kid inside the tub. </p> <p>Once baby could sit well, we put them in the same tub together. I put our 3yo in and soap her up, wash hair etc then I grab our wee guy and wash him while Miss A plays (he's already naked having floor time). I usually get the baby out first while my 3.5 year old continues playing. I dress her in the bathroom so I can monitor the older one. (almost 3 yo and 4 months old)!</p> <p>We have ds1 in the big tub, ds2 in the infant tub next to it and one of us sits on a stool and manage both of them! DS1 is pretty helpful and makes it relatively easy. We dress them for bed after in DS1's room and then I nurse DS2 while ds1 "reads" before bed!
