@delight: For me it was easier to wait, I've had at least two early CP's in the past three cycles. I didn't want to see the lines get lighter, and I wanted an extra week to not know for sure.

@ms.line: Thank you for the article. I want to go with some ammunition this time!

@auggiefrog: Congrats!! So hope this is a sticky bean. I do think you should push for progesterone testing and supplementation if necessary. Unfortunately, I don't think there have been any research studies published on the matter, which is why doctors are still sometimes reluctant to prescribe. That said, I've heard a ton of anecdotal evidence that progesterone helps, and it certainly doesn't hurt! I thought this article was interesting: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2692055/Can-taking-simple-hormone-prevent-heartache-miscarriage.html

@AmeliaBedilia: @FaithFertility: @NorthStar: Thank You ladies!

@NorthStar: I will push to have it tested. I know she will do betas at 6 weeks, so I plan to call late next week if all is well to schedule the first one, or whatever I need to do, and then I will ask about having it tested. I'm also going to ask for my progesterone to be tested, but if any one has an article I could reference please post it for me. If I start spotting again, like I did during my first pregnancy, I might see if I can get tested a little earlier from my OB, and if not I might just go to my PCP for the tests. I'm also eating banana's and might add a few more foods that naturally boast my progesterone. Nothing different this month. I had been taking Fertilaid and FertilOv for the past few months, so I am not sure if they 'helped' at all. I'm not sure if it was the CoQ10 or the acupuncture, but I suspect one of those was my biggest help.

@auggiefrog: I looked at your post where you gave your history and I would recommend asking your ob or re to check your progesterone. I'm not sure why you had such early losses, but if it's because of low progesterone, you can do something for that. You might just need to be an advocate and push for the test..

FX really hard that this little guy is going to stay in here for nine months!

It looks like I'm the last to test this month. I'm still here, following along. I'm planning on testing tomorrow morning. I was planning on waiting until Friday, but now I have an appointment with a chiropractor, so I want to make sure I have the most up to date info for them. I just started temping again on Tuesday and my temps have stayed nice and high, but I've been having some pretty unsettling cramping since last night. I hope it goes away! I'm somewhere between 17 and 13 DPO, but I suspect I'm 17 dPO.

@NorthStar: Sounds good! I'm starting it tonight, except I forgot to pick it up when I was in town so I guess I'll have to go back.

@ms.line: Exactly. It's a risk I'm willing to take at this point.

@Crystal: Unfortunately, I don't have the option of doing any monitoring at this point. I live in a remote area and have very few options anyway, but the clinic nearby that does fertility stuff has been problematic. Long story short, they won't do inseminations with fresh donor sperm, and because they aren't doing my inseminations, they basically won't work with me on monitoring or anything else. I MIGHT be able to make a case for it and really push them into it, but I was very unhappy with their care before all this happened (they did some initial testing before they decided to fire me as a client, and I had a very hard time getting any questions answered. I never once spoke to the doctor after the initial intake appointment, and the MA who called me every time was completely clueless.) so I'm not that interested in forcing them to work with me. At the moment, I'm on my own with the clomid. That's kind of a scary thought, but I'm aware of the risks and I don't intend to do it for more than a couple cycles. If need be, I'll have to travel about 4-5 hours for any more work ups.
