A couple of hours after they arrived, I gave Mom their gift. I had bought a stuffed stork and made a little chipboard heart that I wrote Baby H 6-9-12 on. I attached that to the baby bear that was in the stork's blanket. My Mom opened it and made the, "aw, isn't it so cute??" face. She thought it was a gift for them since my brother and sister in law just had their baby. Seriously, she held it in her hand, looking it over for at least a few minutes. Finally, after she looked at the bear a couple of times and read the heart a couple of times, she finally got it.</p> <p>I wish I had video taped it - she started screaming! My mother is not a screamer. We are NOT a family of over-reactors or screamers. It was awesome. She kept saying the date then said, Baby H...Baby H...BABY H!! Finally, she showed it to my Dad and he took a while to "get" it, as well. When he did, he started crying. I could not have asked for a better reaction from them! It was a great Thanksgiving. :) </p>
